The leadership team
Sean and Roy have been working together since 2021, initially deployed by a Vietnamese venture studio as ‘first sales boots on the ground’ to validate and commercialise multiple B2B SaaS products domestically before building the infrastructure and teams to follow.
It was during this time that the duo clicked, and in 2022 a new focus emerged; Sell Anything. A passion project with the intent to democratise the information needed to support start ups navigate the challenges of early stage commercialisation.
The team recognised that most training and literature in sales and commercialisation was based on North American markets, more aligned to scale ups and unit economic decisions, and fundamentally left the hardest part of the journey (scaling $0 - $5m) to chance or those with deep pockets.
Since inception in 2022, the team have supported over 1000 founders, operating as hands-on Fractional Sales Leaders, providing workshops and coaching across Australia, and launching Australia’s first B2B Sales Accelerator for early-stage Startups.
With deep collaboration across the Startup Ecosystem, we continue to support the likes of Startmate, Build Club, Launch Vic, ThincLab, SVG Ventures, SouthStart and many more with our workshops, open office hours, and collaboration, to ensure Australian Founders have sales advice specific to the challenges of their market.
As a team, Sean and Roy bring together over 30 years experience of starting, growing, and scaling companies from $0 to $12,000,000+ in annual revenue. Collectively they have operated in every stage of implementation; from first hire individual contributors, sales management, Group Head of Sales, CEO, and Founders themselves.
